The library of the Centre for Asian and Transcultural Studies (CATS) at Heidelberg University comprises the collections of the Centre for East Asian Studies, the South Asia Institute, the Department of Anthropology, the Heidelberg Centre for Transcultural Studies, and the Department of Islamic Studies.

With over 600,000 volumes and numerous other resources, it ranks among the largest Asian collections in Germany.
